It's not specifically targeted to teens, so some of the pearls don't apply to my teen. But the quick ideas with just a few short pages of information are easy to read fast and not keep the kid waiting thinking he is gonna get away with "it".

Best Read Before Children are Born...

Created: 05/10/07
There are some great tips in this book, but so much of it is a personality style. Unless you practice these solutions everyday, they don't come naturally or easily. Most of it is common sense, (consistency) but putting it to use is a different story! Letting our children suffer a consequence, fail, solve their own problems and get hurt is so hard; but, as is explained it the book so eloquently, it's necessary. Worth the read, but don't expect a miracle. The answer to all of our questions and problems lies within us. Push up your sleeves and pull on your boots! Good luck!
