Disc one contains an interesting cover, Canned Heat's "On the Road Again," as well as reworked Who nuggets ("Won't Get Fooled Again," "Magic Bus," "Drowned," and others), plus several solo compositions ("Let My Love Open the Door," "Now and Then"). This is easily Pete Townshend's best solo live album thus far, and like the concerts, all proceeds from the disc go to charity.
Editorial Reviews3.5 stars out of 5 - ...this charity set simmers, emphasizing the soulful insides of Townshend's songs....The best moments...come when the swift, melodic arcs and piquant harmonics of [his] writing push against the...easeful acoustic and blues settings...Rolling Stone (19991028)eBay Product ID: EPID3336923
