Philips 15MF605T_17 15" 720p LCD Television

This tv has great quality. We use it is a tv but you can use it as a computer monitor too. The sound is so good--we don't want to give it up as a tv and use it as a monitor. The screen is so vsharp and clear and you can see it from around the room not just infront. That's one of the reasons why we bought it--because the others in the store seemed to change during side viewing. I'm glad we did buy it!

I have to admit this is my first LCD TV so I have no comparison. However when reading reviews of other (new/available) 15" TV's most people said the speakers were tinny sounding and some of the screens could only be viewed from straight on. Not so with this TV. Hardly killer sound, but very listenable and considering I have it hooked to a roof antenna, the picture quality is excellent.

I especially like its small footprint since I can tuck it in the corner of my smallish dining table (bad habit but I have to watch TV when eating). It replaced a smaller screened analog TV whose footprint was considerably larger (and heavier).

I only wish it had a black housing. The silver really jumps out.

I already had one and been very happy with it's quality and picture resolution.

I was displeased with myself because i didn't bother to read the full description of the product, instead i went right ahead and purchased it. After i had completed the purchasing process i then reviewed the description- This time i read everything. I had then noticed that the product was a used product. I kept wonderig on its working condition and its appearance. It was when it arrived that i was relieved at how good my purhase had been.

the product looks good in appearance, works fine (i haven`t had any problems so far) and i`m glad with the purchase, i feel it was a fair deal.
