Good for lower back pain
This DVD was pretty good for people who have lower back pain (like myself). It was about 30 minutes long and was mostly stretching and core work.

) Does and excellent job explaining proper posture and why it is important to preventing back pain. That alone has helped me with my recent back problems. Have not tried the exercises as of yet but am planning on starting soon since my back pain has improved enough that I can work on strengthening it.
