Plants vs. Zombies (PC, 2009)

This is a fabulous game thast will keep you addicted for weeks or a couple of months. Every level changes some and creats a new challenge. I never gave up and kept playing until I beat the levels. It uses speed, strategy and recall about skills used that worked on previous levels. I never felt that I would never beat a level if I tried it just one more time. Super game. Not for under 10, but super for teens and adults. ( It's just a slightly challenging game that little folks might not can do, not because of the "cartoon violence",
which is just the game-like football has two forces trying to beat the other.
I hate violence and think this is a great game. I understand the action involved and don't think it's anything too bad. Like I said, it's no different in action than a football game on TV. You'll get hooked on it though !!!!! The sounds and music are very cool, too.

In Plants vs. Zombies the only thing that is stopping a horde of zombies from eating your brains is your trusty green thumb and your love for planting the plants of the attacking variety. The resource that allows you to plant more plants are suns, you collect those by clicking on them as they fall from the sky. You also will have to plant sunflowers, they make their own suns. Of course you are given a variety of attack plants too, the kind that blow up the zombies or eat them whole, or freeze them. The game has a good bit of strategy in the mix and a large selection of different plants and zombies. The game is easy enough for anyone to jump in, yet engaging enough to keep you playing for hours. And the experience is very rewarding all the way through. After winning the game the true meat of the game is unlocked in a form of various modes and mini-games. Including zombie bowling, puzzle mode, and you can even play as zombies, plus many others. I like it.

This game was installed as a trial on my new HP computer. I liked it well enough to buy it. It is fun to play but Adventure mode is rather short. Only about two hours of gameplay. There are other mini games included though and the credits are fantastic!

this game has it all...funny,challenging,variet​y,humor,fustration,surprise,am​azement!! it keeps going even after you think you know what's up..it changes the rules! it's like every video game you've ever seen, yet unlike anything you've ever played!! no wonder it's the game of the year!!

The whole family has been enjoying this game greatly. It is really great for the older children while we are trying to get some house work done, or doing other jobs around the home. We also love spending time playing this game when we get some peace and quiet around the house. I would advise anyone to try this game out. I think that you would really like it.
