The Best Reference About Fixing Player Pianos
Created: 13/05/06
Anyone who is interested in servicing, repairing, or rebuilding a player piano needs this book. Not only does it cover all the basic principles of operation and techniques required to understand and work on the most common player mechanisms, it also gives specific advice and, in some cases, warnings about problem player mechanisms that it might be wise for a novice to avoid. There are hundreds of illustrations throughout this 216 page book which augment the well-written treatises, making everything easier to identify and understand. It also has an extremely thorough Appendix, Glossary, and Index which are a must in any reference of this nature.

Player Piano Servicing and Rebuilding

Bought this book for the purpose of rebuilding a 1921 Beckwith Player piano. The book is full of all kinds of information related to just about every kind of player piano. Pictures and diagrams are a little hard to see details due to the age of the original photos but still are helpful for references.
