Movie synopsis
The animated movie "The Polar Express" now comes in a 3D format on this two-disc set of DVDs. "The Polar Express" is a classic story of a boy who is beginning to doubt the existence of in Santa Claus. He winds up taking a wild magic train ride through the mountains headed for the North Pole to see Santa. Because the train has no brakes it slides off the track before getting to the North Pole, resulting in the children tumbling down chutes to the middle of Santa's workshop. However, the movie is more about the journey to the North Pole more than the events after the boy's arrival. The North Pole features a beautiful city done in classic 3D animation. The Polar Express" stars the voices of Tom Hanks and Michael Jeter. The animated movie was directed by Robert Zemeckis, who also coauthored it along with Chris Van Allsburg and William Broyles Jr. This two-disc set has subtitles in English, French, and Spanish.

Wonderful Christmas movie for children of all ages!

) This movie (Polar Express) is so wonderful that I do sit and watch with my son. It is timeless, heartwarming and gets you into the true spirit and meaning of Christmas. Children of ALL ages can enjoy the story, as it takes you on a train ride to the north pole with several young children who learn what is most important about the holiday. What a great movie to make holiday memories with, this story can be passed along from generation to generation and is sure to become a true Christmas classic!

) This is by far one of the best computer animated movies ever made. It has a great story, characters, and of course, Tom Hanks. The 3D version is no different. My only complaint would be the quality of the glasses that are included with the movie. All in all, this is a great family movie. I would recommend it to anyone with children, it is an instant classic.

) If your little one loves the original polar express then you getting it in 3D is a must! Its become a Christmas classic that children truly enjoy watching over and over again.

) We are new to home 3D viewing and watching Polar Express in that manner was great! We had some difficulty getting use to the glasses but quickly learned that they are a necessity in viewing this video
Of the 3D movies we've recently purchased, this is near the top of the list due to how fantastic the experience was (even for us "old people").

My children have never been told about Santa but this movie did it to us. The animation is beautiful and smooth in this family favorite. We have worn our first DVD out and are on to our second. this is a must seasonal favorite.(make sure you have some Hot Chocolate! ready to serve with this amazing Christmas story.
