I had just purchased a stainless pressure pan and happened to see his DUMMIES series book on eBay and knew it would be valuable as he gives the full information on all that is entailed with using the pressure cooking method. I recommend His books!
One nice thing about this: I was able to buy both my Pressure cooker pan AND the best book on using it from eBay right from my home!
Now, how is that?

I love all of the Dummies series.. And this book is no exception.. It tells you all you ever need to know anything about Pressure Cookers.. Once you've finished this book, you don't need to be afraid to try it out.. Lots of very exciting and different recipes.. I can't wait to try them all...

Pressure Cooking Made Easy! This book has everything we need to know about cooking with a pressure cooker. Great references. Terrific recipes! A must have for newbies.
