) Before I heard this album(Promises & Lies)I thought the reggae group UB40 was just ok, but now after hearing this one it completely changed my outlook and overview on them. I simply love this project! It is by far my favorite UB40 album to date! I could say the only thing that I dislike about the album is the fact that I don't care for 2 songs out of the 11 that are included, but naw, that would be just "nit picking". I decided to buy this cd because 1st off I've never owned the cd version of this project(only the tape/cassette)and I really wanted to hear this one as clearly as possible. 2ndly for such a great cd that I love, I found it to be "dirt cheap" as far as cost here on ebay! I would buy 100 original cd copies of this album from eBay, pay little to almost nothing for it and then give them all away as Christmas gifts to all of my friends and family so that they can share the love and joy that I got the first 100 times I played the entire Promises & Lies cd! Well that's my review on my UB40 "Promises & Lies" product, hope that you enjoyed it, see you later until next time. Oh, and MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE HERE ON EBAY! 2010.

Some of the songs on the CD are very good to dance to . UB40 has a beat that makes your body move. P&L is as good as Labor of love.
