    I'm new at collecting rhinestone jewelry, and needed something to give me an idea of styles, and values. This book has plenty of color pictures, showing good detail. Categorizing by color I find helpful also. As someone gains experience, they may want something that goes into more detail about makers, and their marks, but for the beginning collector, this book is perfect.

    The chapter on cleaning is a must for every beginner. Much to my chagrin, I found I'd been using the wrong cleaning method. Overall, a very good book, and highly recommended.
