I bought copies of this book for each of my employees. It reminds us that we are here to serve our customers. Our customers aren't here to fill our days and fill our cash register with money. This book tells us how to have a vision of the service we want to deliver, find out what our customers really want, then make a plan to satisfy both our needs and desires. We must always live up to our vision of the service we want to deliver.

This short little book places emphasis on what is often lost in every aspect of sales...customer service. The writer, Sheldon Bowles, makes it easy to understand why America is sorely lacking in not only meeting customer expectations; but certainly on exceeding them. I recommend this book for anyone that does business with the public.

A must have for competing in todays business world

In the business world of rock bottom prices and "Big Box" stores, we are all seeing small business go "out of business".

There are also the few enduring small business that seem to thrive in a community where others have failed.

The secret theses business' likely possess is found within the cover of this book. Raving Fans is the way to keep loyal customers coming back for more. They will spend more money in your store and come back twice as often to do it if you follow the principles found in this book.

I personally implemented several of the strategies in my organization and I have seen noticeable results come from it.

How You'd Like to be Treated as a Customer

Any potential Business owner should read this book. If you don't have a clue about Finances where the money is coming from or going all will be well if you adhere to the principles laid down in making raving fans out of your customers!!!!!!
