) I bought Rayman Origins because I love side scroll adventure games. And Rayman Origins does not disappoint! If you have ever played NEW Super Mario Brothers WII it plays similar to that BUT with a few (in my opinion) better game play tweaks. First of all in two player mode you can "bubble" one of the characters if they get left behind or "die". Which is akin to NSMB except you the player can actually control where your character floats to. Where in SNMB the AI did that for you, which was very annoying. Secondly there is no character collision like in NSMB. This means you can both jump in Rayman Origins and not bump into each other causing unnecessary frustration.
Other factors I enjoy about Rayman Orgins are:
1 Replay value is moderately high, because there are trophies and time challenges to pass after you have actually finished each level.
2 Two Player is just as fun, if not MORE fun than single player mode. (Guys and Gals this is a good play together game) Yah Teamwork!
3 As seen in other Rayman games, very cool musical integration as Rayman interacts with the level environment/enemies the sounds correspond and complement the background tracks. This provides and extra form of entertainment for anyone playing.
4 It plays essentially the same on both consoles, so buy on which ever you own or play more often on.
Other factors I enjoy about Rayman Orgins are:

) The perfect game for when you need a break from going on a first person rampage. Rayman games have always had trippy characters and game play and Origins follows right along in that respect. This is a refreshing game to have in your collection and it's great to play with friends - considering it has the ability for up to three additional players to jump in and out of co-op play at any point. It's hard to compare this to other games in my collection because it is truely unique, but I am very glad I decided to pick up a copy.

I always played Rayman but I was always a little disappointed with the graphics. Not in this game! This game is one that I will play probably hundreds of times. If you like the other Rayman games, you too will love this one.

) Absolutely fantastic! I'm not a huge fan of these lil cutesy games, but this one is way different. it's very challenging and entertaining. Hours and hours of family fun! I don't think anyone would be disappointed with this title.
