    Everyone needs a good loophole.

The concepts in the Rich Dad series, are basic concepts. It was a book to introduce you to the concept that working hard your whole life is not the way to create real wealth. I have been an investor and Real Estate mentor for 10 years and I still found it enjoyable. Although the concepts are basic their are still lots of thing that I found myself considering when reading it.

In Real Estate Loopholes, the concepts for investing in real estate are pretty much the same amount of detail as in RDPD. It's a short read intended to give the reader some surface level knowledge of real estate tax advantage and legal issues to avoid by setting up LPs and LLPs. By reading this book, I'm able to ask more intelligent questions for my real estate attorney.

I'd say that it's a worthwhile read, but only if you are starting out in real estate investment and are going to be working with an attorney so you can ask follow up questions in forming your LLP that will be holding the real estate.

    Great informational book

    Created: 30/11/10
This book is great for someone that has plenty of questions and not enough

answers. It goes through everything from tax deferral to setting up the correct

entity for your real estate business. No wonder why the rich get richer and the

poor get poorer, the poor and middle class spend their money on items that don't

hold its value after its purchased. The rich spend their money on businesses and

creating assets. I am a middle class guy but after reading the pages in this

book I plan on moving up the financial latter of success.

This book is no exception. After reading this book you will agree with the author that their really is no good reason to not invest in real estate it is the only type of investment that gives you so many benefits and with the proper management tools almost no downside.

It is no wonder that the richest people in the world keep their money in Real Estate.
