    Umbrella Review

    Created: 25/11/06
Return to Raccoon City as one of the Best Resident Evil Charecters and face the true power of Umbrella can you survive. Resident Evil 3 was and still is one of the the biggest braking points in the Resident Evil serise. New features include making your own ammo from gun powder. Improved graphics a new mini game the mecenaries and the new life sections and Nemmisis secret boxes.

    The Story

2 months after the the manson incident. Chief irons (Re - 2) as all but dismantled the S.T.A.R.S. Chris and Barry have left for Europe hoping to find away to defeat Umbrella. However Jill Valentine as stayed behind to work on Umbrella but thats when it happened...
The Outbreak as begun and Raccoon City is rapidly becoming consumed in the T-Virus whil Umbrella sends in special forces to control this situation but it looks like there could be another motive to there plan.

    Gameplay
Controls follow orignal Resident Evil and are easy to follow. Enviroments are richly textured and include ; Raccoon City streets , St Micheals Clocktower , City hall and the return of R.P.D plus many other locations.

    Creatures
Now that the city is infected countless numbers of zombies roam the streets. Jill is left to wander Raccoon City looking for an escape route. Along you'll meet some classic Re creatures and some new ugly faces will rear there heads. Zombies come in many different styles and uniforms and now they are faster with a higher agression level. Dog , crows and the Hunter returns however expect surprise when meeting these foes.

    The Nemmsis
With out a dout your biggest threat. Created in the early experiment but as a taken a long time to master The Nemmsis is litteraly a host for the Nemmsis parasite. Nemmsis will stalk jill through the city and is programmed to kill her and anyone who stands in his way. Which Brad witnesses first hand very near the begining of the game. Nemmsis unlike other creatures as the abilty to follow you around the city from room to room and as the advantage of somtimes carry a stinger missile launcher.

    The Prelude to evil

Resident Evil three is a brillant game and as many new features but remains very similar to past titles but it as a ground breaking story line brillant monsters and ace boss battles. You have a amomary of weapons at your disposal at least on easy. But if your a true Re fan then you should try hard first to really get the feel of the game its very diffucult but is worth it at the end.

Thankyou for taking the time to read this review and please check my others for more Resident Evil. If you need adivce on any Resident Evil. Thankyou David&Denis Umbrella out.

If you love Resident Evil, play this game!

    Created: 03/04/06
Chances are if you've been into Resident Evil since it's inception, you've played this. But if you are just discovering the series, try to play it in order...it will make WAY more sense that way. As far as "main" Resident Evil games are concerned, this is probably the weakest one. But saying it's weak isn't a valid statement, let me explain. When pitted against other resident evil games, this game is weak. When up against other games of this genre, it is excellent. Does that explain it?

I feel this game didn't do the series enough justice, especially after the ground-breaking Resident Evil 2. But on it's own merits, its a great game. The graphics are excellent for the time it came out and the gameplay is top-notch. The controls are familiar and, for seasoned players, there is no learning curve. You play as Jill Valentine, whom you might remember from the first game. The story in RE3 is a little weak, and it makes the game feel just a little empty. There are some pretty exciting moments in this game; par for the course for Resident Evil. So really if you love, or even like Resident Evil; you should get this game!

Possibly the best in the series!

     | Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.
    Created: 13/12/11
For a side game meant to hold fans over while the series moved on to the next generation of consoles with RE:Code Veronica, RE3 is a strong contender for best overall game in the franchise. The ability to quick turn, toggle while targeting, and mix gunpowder were welcome gameplay additions. Back to back playthroughs are rarely ever the same as solutions to puzzles and pop-up scare locations change, and player decisions influence the way the plot unfolds. RE3 closes out the Raccoon City chapter of the game with S.T.A.R.S officer Jill Valentine's final attempt to escape the giant graveyard, evading zombies, mutants, Umbrella mercs, and a powerful new Bioweapon; Nemesis. Like Mr. X before him, this nemesis will stop at nothing to locate and end you, and is far more equipped to do so. As if having the hunting prowess of Predator, the speed of a Jamaican sprinter, NFL linebacker bulk, and the face of Sam Cassell weren't scary enough, they had the audacity to give this guy a rocket launcher!!

    Resident Evil 3 Nemesis

    Created: 05/05/09
The player takes control of former STARS member Jill Valentine in her attempt to escape a ruined and zombie-infested Raccoon City. During her escape, she encounters three surviving members of the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service (UBCS): Carlos Oliveira, Mikhail Victor and Nicholai Ginovaef. Mikhail sacrifices himself to save Jill from the Nemesis, a bio-organic weapon, and Jill escapes with Carlos.

The city's fate is resolved in the game's finale. The U.S. government, after hearing of unsuccessful efforts to avert the T-virus infestation, orders the destruction of Raccoon City with a nuclear missile. At this point in the game, the player has exactly fifteen minutes to escape the city before the missile strikes. While attempting to escape, Jill has to face the Nemesis one final time and blows it apart using a rail gun. Jill then escapes Raccoon City.

    Exciting gameplay

    Created: 06/05/09
This game has a bit more action than previous Resident Evil games. The Nemesis will frequently take you by surprise when he shows up. The game has a new feature where certain items and enemies are located randomly so it's not so predictable each time you play through the game. This includes where and when the Nemesis shows up as well. Plenty of ammo can found as well as be made by using the unique reloading tool combined with gunpowder you find lying around. Another unique feature involves the game stopping at various points and offering you two choices, giving you only seconds to decide.

Even more action is brought to you through the mercenaries mini game that is unlocked when you beat the actual game. This mode can be used to purchase powerful weapons for use in the actual game. In addition to all of this you still have the regular Resident Evil game play from the previous versions. Solve puzzles, fight or run from hordes of zombies, and watch the story of the conspiracy unfold. For those looking for a challenge, get this game and try killing the Nemesis on every encounter on the hardest difficulty, and try the mercenaries with Nicholi.

I recommend this game to all survival horror fans and anyone who hasn't had the experience of being constantly chased down by the Nemesis.
