Resident Evil 5 (Gold Edition) (Sony Playstation 3, 2010)

It'd be better if the name was another. Resident Evil 5 just let the survival horror to became a almost triller game, with a lot of action... using one of my favorite itens on movies: zombies.

Leaving that apart, the game is excellent. Nice gameplay, good grafics, and a nice plot. I like that the storie skips fast for playing. I like de CG animations, but some game this days has so much of this that you can forget that is playing a video game, but watching a movie.

If i want a movie, I could buy just a blu-ray player. But Resident Evil is nice in this too! I liked this game just because the possibility of free shotting in zombies heads. And constant action is awsome...

But it's not how a Resident Evil should be... But it is an very good game!

After a long decade, Chris was MIA. After knowing his return, I said...YES!!!! RE5 like many others ( I mean every game ) have been a must have. I have the original version on Xbox, but this had to be a must since I prefer all my Resident Evil games on PlayStation platform. The graphic, game play and some action, were great...missing horror on this one tho.

Overall, Resident Evil changed how I prefer games to date.

This game is not as scarey as it's predecessors. It has it's moments. But what it does well is, it's pact full of action and great game play. Along with the usual shoot em up survival horror RE(Resident Evil) is known for. There are car chases and reaction time mini games, which changes things up in a refreshing way. You're always being given new items to help you fight so you never get tired of the toys you have to play with. I haven't played through the add on content in gold edition so I can't give it a review. But just with RE5 alone I give it a 5/5

The Resident Evil game series is a classic among gamers and the fifth installment is no different. A game of the horror survival genre that involves quick thinking and even quicker reflexes in order to survive against the hordes of enemies you and your partner will face. The gold editions extra features of past storyline and Playstation Move compatibility make this a unique and playable game for all hardcore fans of the series.

This is an amazing game, it was tottaly brand new and very very very cheap price, the gmae its complete, with some extras so you can play and play and dont get tired or bored =)
