The Rice Diet Solution

This is a very easy to follow diet plan. It woos a person into learning to include fiber into their diets. I have eaten more fruits and vegetables through this program than I had in at least a year and a half prior to embarking on the Rice Diet journey. It is a subtle way of also teaching the "dieter" how to lessen the use of salt and how to control the size of portions of meals and snacks. The title, "The Rice Diet Solution" is effective in getting people who are lookin for "quick weight loss fixes" to purchase and read the book. However, the benefits of the diet itself is more about developing a lifestyle. Excellent book. Very well written. This "eating plan" is much less restrictive than the original Duke University diet, written by a patient, Judy Moscovitz, entitled, "The Rice Diet Report." Dr. Rosati's, "The Rice Diet Solution," is, in addition to being easier to follow, probably provides a safer means of rapid weight loss, with the additional benefit of learning to modify eating habits. I would recommend this book highly. However, I find a lot of people who I have mentioned this book to, are put off by the title. They are wary of it being just about another "diet fad."

I was given the suggestion from a friend you had read this many years ago - I looked at some other reviews, and after obtaining the book, I find it simple, easy to read, comprehend and follow. This is a simple, inexpensive method of imporving health, streamlining the body and losing "fat" weight. It provides the appropriate nutrients from simple fods and ideas that most anyone can perform. Like all diets, a person should commit to following the routine - and for most of us, old habits are difficult to break! Give it a try....success is easy!

I decided to purchase this book after reading about this diet in several magazines. It has been helpful to me. I have lost about 18 lbs. in a month, and feel that I could have done more if I had followed closer. It is full of good infomation for eating for a healthy body. It also has some good recipes. I also purchased the book for a friend in need of healthy advice in eating habits. I feel that you get out of a book like this what you put into it. I feel better since I have changed my eating habits. I do recommend the book and plan to try to take better care of my body. This is something that you can only do for yourself, and I want to do it now before it is to late.

The Rice Diet Solution Really Works!!!!

I learned about the Rice Diet from a magazine aritcle. It lead me to check out this book. The book is an easy read and easy to understand the science behind the diet. The Rice Diet has had success at a center in NC since the 30's where you can pay $4800 a month to attend. You can experience the same success at home by following the advice of The Rice Diet Solution. I have made most of the receipes and love them. My husband and I have both lost weight on the diet and love our new "dieta".
