The eponymous prophecy regards 2016, when the average baby boomer turns 70 and looks to cash in that retirement fund. Publisher's Note
Explains how Baby Boomers can look forward to a profitable retirement by presenting a detailed financial plan to help them prepare for the worst and avert a long-term financial crisis. 200,000 first printing.

Robert Kiyosaki's rich dad saw the 401(k) as more than a scam. His prophecy was that these new retirement programs, created in the U.S. in 1974 and adopted in various forms by many other countries, would cause one of the biggest stock market crashes in history...a crash that is still coming...a crash that will wipe out the retirement savings of millions of employees, leaving them dependent upon their families or the government in their later years. Rich dad often said, "Never in the history of the world have so many people bet their future financial security on the ups and downs of the stock market."
RICH DAD'S PROPHECY will show you how this obscure 1974 law will affect all of us, regardless of our age or where we live, sometime in the near future. And after it exposes the reasons behind the coming crash, it reveals not only the best ways to safeguard wealth but how to actually prosper from the events to come.

Prophecy in Deed

America will need many changes of shorts and panties when this book starts proving it`s true worth. Robert kiyosaki should have a warehouse full of this book ready for the near years to come. I thought this book was one of the most important books ever written after the Bible . America needs to read this book and watch the future events of our American economy unfold. The other sad part about the book`s Prophecy is Robert Kiyosaki explains that the making of money weather the stock market goes up or down in the next great depression is a big plus,as he sees it. When 90% of Americans loose their jobs, homes and money and are standing in the soup line where the rich 10% are selling bowls of soup for $18.00 a cup, I don`t believe the personalities of todays American people are going to be thankful to the wealthy or our Government for knowing our IRA`s and KEOUGH and 401K`s retirement programs were all invested in a stock market that they both KNEW was going to crash. I`ll probably be OK though, I`ll just move in with a Congressman,or Senator,I believe their retirements are Government guaranteed for life,at full pay. Not too shaby, hey? I am i`ll so i probably won`t see all the Propecy come true around 2010 to 2016 when the baby boomers are retiring and looking for their pensions. However if it`s real security you are seekingmy long range advice is to invest in a Bible and see what true Prophecy is. Yours Truly , mr-heart-man

Their is still time to read and profit

Created: 04/09/06
I have been self employed since I was 18 and I have had times when I had lots of money and I have been too broke to pay my bills. The most important skill I have ever learned is how to make money and recognize investments when they come at me.

As a mentor and investor of 20 years one of the hardest things to teach people is how to recognize and profit no matter what happens. The rich of the world position themselves to win no matter what happens and when a person learns that same skill they are unstoppable.

Robert Kiyosaki outlines the whats coming of the stock market and points out exactly what I have just said. If you know how to play the game then you can make money from the sotck market volatility that is coming.

Rich Dad's Prophecy by Robert T. Kiyosaki, Sharon L. Le

I enjoy reading Robert Kiyosaki books. All of the books contain nuggets of wealth building information. More importantly though, they train the mindset of the reading to take control. After reading over 10 Rich Dad titles. I am resistant to hyped sales techniques that use emotional triggers. I have attended Rich Dad workshops and due to the complete control, I have stopped buying every NBT that I found. This title allows focus of the skill "control" and you begin to understand the difference between leading and following. I bought this as a lot of 10 titles, so I obtained it at a great price. I would gladly pay full price for this title to give as gifts. Knowledge of ERISA has changed my future. I thought I had this knowledge in 2000, but it has cost me dearly not to take "control" of my retirement investing, as I allowed companies to tell me I could not directly control my retirement investments. They were wrong, and my IRA was almost wiped out 9 years later.

This book is a must read!

Created: 05/07/06
I bought the book Prophecy exactly 1 month ago, and this book has a topic which cannot be ignored. Prophecy is right up there with all the books by Kiyosaki being in the excellent catagory. Robert discusses the importance of financial literacy we each need to have in order to negotiate the upcoming years as the Baby Boom population begins their retirement. What I liked about this book is that it presents the facts about our 401(k) and Roth IRA's that so many people have and how they will be affected by the boomers retiring.

If you are tired of standing by and watching your retirement goals flounder and desire to take control of your own financial future, this book needs to be in your next shopping cart. Be mindful too, as this book is not going to tell you what to do, that is up to you. Happy reading!

Helpful Info on how to prepare

Created: 14/04/06
I thought this book was very helpful to understand the financial problems we face and will face in the future. While it at times was hard to imagine what could happen in the future if the stock market does crash again and many people are facing financial problems, it helped me to want to prepare and not depend on IRA's, retirement, etc.
