    This book is packed with gems of important information. It is best to read after reading the first 2 or 3 books in the Rich Dad series so you can get much better understanding of this book. Out of about 10 of the Rich Dad books that I've read, this is the best yet. Step by step strategies to build your assets and tips to avoid pitfalls are shown in an easy to comprehend manner.
    Your time and money is well spent on this one.

    If you haven't read any Rich Dad's other books, this is the one to get. It is a compilation of so many things from several other books that it gives you a big leap forward.

    I recommended it to all of my kids and have started an investment company following these steps in Real Estate.
