Richard Simmons' Stomach Formula (VHS)

This may be an old tape BUT let me tell you, it works!!! My friends laugh at me because I have been looking so hard for this tape. They get a kick out of me wanting to work out to Richard Simmons. When I was 20 my mom had this tape and I decided to start it. It was hard at first but then you get use to it. The best part are the results. I started showing results in 2 weeks and by the end of the month I was toned toned toned. I have yet to find a better stomach video and that includes Tamilee Webb's. Go figure you find a tape you like only to see it's rare and not available on DVD.

What a great workout video it really gets me pumped up and in the mood for some fat burning excercises. i can't wait to stop writing this review and get busy!!!!

My mother also had this video when I was younger. I was 15 years old and used this tape as my only exersize regimine. I had rock sold abs!!! My stomach was beautiful!!! Then, my mother decided to let someone borrow it, who, of course, never returned it, and the worst part was she forgot who she had lended it to. I've been looking for this tape for almost 10 years. It never occurred to me to look on ebay... I am sooooo happy to have found it and I can't wait to begin using it again!!!

excellent conditions for an older tape and very hard to find! great workout for the abs! An excellent tape for the busy mom that has little time and still wants a good ab workout.
