Great Novel but some slow parts

) I purchased this novel to replace a library copy that was destroyed while in my care, oops. I did however get to read it and its very intersting. The author is well-accomplished in the field of young-adult novels and this one is no exception. The characters are dynamic and interesting and the plot is engrossing. The author gives the most vivid details of the landscape and emotions. One, I guess I'd call it a warning, I can offer is that, at times, the book seems to drone on about things of little importance, but these episodes are, of course, few and far between. As an avid reader of the young-adult genre I highly recomend this novel.
