Robin Hood (DVD, 2000, Gold Collection Edition)

This is one of the old, classic Disney movies- back when animation, sound, and special effects were still simple. It is the story of Robin Hood, who with the help of his friends, steals from the greedy King Richard to give to the poor. There is also a bit of a love story between Robin and Maid Marian. The characters are all very unique and lovable, even King Richard. The music is memorable and catchy, you will find yourself singing along or humming it during the day. I have loved this movie since I was a child, and can't wait to finally own it!

This movie is great for children of all ages! It has a wonderful storyline, isn't too scary, and teaches a classic story of the poor man's hero--Robin Hood! I've purchased this movie for my collection because this is the second movie I've ever watched when I was growing up, and I absolutely fell in love! You and your child will love it too!

Robin Hood, the animation movie, featuring Robin Hood as a wily fox outwitting the prince and the bumbling sheriff throughout the movie. This movie was designed in the classic style and is sure to enthrall any child and many adults alike!
This movie is sure to leave you with fond memories of spending that evening with the kids. Watching them giggle as Little John runs around in a dress. Hearing them cheer for Robin Hood as he battles with the rotten Sheriff of Nottingham and seeing them laugh outrageously as Prince John sucks his thumb and pulls at his ear while whining for his mommy.
The best part about this film is that when it is over, you and your children will want to watch it again and again!

This is definately my all-time favorite Walt Disney classic. It will keep you laughing all the way through! There are so many funny characters, like Nutzy, Little John, the Sheriff...the list goes on! The script is awesome--so full of hilarious lines! But this movie also has suspense and exciting chases in it. The music is fun and circus-like...chances are it won't just be your child sitting on the couch, you won't be able to tear yourself away either! Five stars for a clean, funny family film!

This movie is Disney at it's best. The sixties feeling you get when you watch it is wonderful. It may not be the exact story retold but, it is their version and very entertaining. I love the way all the animals are incorporated into various roles. If you've seen it and remember it watch it and relive the fun, if you missed it then take a chance and try this Disney classic film.
