A nice mix of flight simulator and Action shooter!

    Created: 19/09/08
Very enjoyable. Nice graphics sensible controls and well integrated to the robotech universe. While you do not need to be familiar with the anime series it certainly does not hurt to have some knowledge about it. It is challenging but not to a frustating degree and just as fun on the wii as on the gamecube. A well rounded game worth buying. I bought mine used on ebay and intend to keep it in my collection. I can't say that about alot of games. I am a rather harsh game critic and this passes all my criteria very well! Enjoy.

Classic elements, not a classic game

    Created: 15/03/09
This game has some great views and images of the classic series; however, it does look dated when compared tom modern consoles. The controls and game physics aren't outstanding, even when compared to games of its time, and nothing else really seems to have had a lot of effort gone into it. Despite this, the game does include some classic elements of the series, like the cell-shading, missile explosions, characters (along with original voice actors), and musical themes.

It's fun for fans, but will not shock anybody else.

    Robotech - A real bargain

    Created: 01/01/08
I was surprised that I won it. My 7 year old grandson has developed this interest in Robotech from some of the items his dad has from his childhood and asked if I would get him a Robotech toy for Christmas. When I saw the game I knew he would love to have it. I bid on it and then had to be out for a while. I did not really expect to win it, but was delighted when I did. Jacob loves it. It was a really good bargain and well worth the price.

I really liked to price I got it for. Awesome game..my youngest son wanted it is why I bought it. It was nice to see it on ebay. For me ebay is like one stop shopping. The gane itself has great graphics abd features that are fun for kids of all ages and is a bit challengeing as well. My son played it for hours and hours.

Good buy for fans, hard core gamers need not apply

    Created: 16/04/08
Being a fan of the series, this game was a bargain and a great buy if nothing else from a nostalgia perspective. The gameplay is decent, but certainly nothing to write home about. The biggest thrill is simply playing the veritech fighter and the transformation into the various modes. Once this wears off (if it will) then the resulting game would probably be best characterized as average.

For those unfamiliar with the series, your appreciation of the game will likely luke warm. That being said (picked a copy up for $10 here on eBay) it is hardly a bug investment, and if you get a couple hours of gameplay out of it, you got a deal.
