I didn't know this movie existed until I caught the ending of it on Hallmark Movie Chanel. I imediately went to EBay and located the movie and bought it. I have done this a number of times for EBay has the best value available in DVD's.

James Garner provides a believable portrayal of Samuel Clements that I found useful and enjoyable as an addition to my student's reading of Tom Sawyer.
The first book to make me feel happy and excited

This is the first and only book that I have re-read more than twice. It is a man's Huckleberry Finn. It amussed me throughout; it made me laugh out loud. I am 64 and I am going to read it again. I gove up my last copy 20 years ago and I missed it.
It is a treasure. You will learn a different approach to history through the eyes and mind of a geneious. If you love people and animals you are in for a treat. You will discover the uniqueness of both mankind and animal behavior. He will take you into the mind of both.
Just a great book that should never be forgotten and should never be stored in a place not to be seen. High schools should make it a manditory read so that the young will quickley join in the joy of what good literature can bring them and bring to them for little of nothing investment.
