Running a restaurant for Dummies - is really not the best title for this book!
OK a Dummy could pick up this book and get a very useful handle to put you on the path to success in running a restaurant.

However, Non-Dummies, experienced resterateurs and everyone from back of the house staff - to servers - to management call ALL learn from this book.

Michael Garvey has the experience, insight and ability to run a business of over $1,000,000.00 per month. better than that, he has the capability to put down in words - just how to set the path, the goals, the inspiration for you too to run a successful, profitable restaurant.

This isn't a book just for Dummies. It's a winner for Everyone!
