    Product Information
The Scarface video game creates a gameplay environment that authentically recreates the historical time period of the film, touching on politics, news items and events of the day. As Tony Montana (in an alternate-ending story concept that follows the events of the original movie classic), players will travel through the steamy, often violent streets of Miami, the irie islands of the Florida Keys, the Bahamas and various other locales and will interact with a world full of seedy and dangerous characters to procure information, negotiate business deals, smuggle contraband and avoid rivals and DEA on a mission to rebuild their fallen empire.

Nintendo has always made great gaming, and they just keep getting better..

     | Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

Great game. As everyone already knows, the Wii doesn't have all the graphics of the other leading game consoles, but up until recently those other consoles didn't have the controls like the Wii.. Being able to actually point your controller like a weapon, makes the game all the more fun. Try boxing with an Xbox controller.. The controller setup is a completely different experience altogether. And, the graphics aren't really bad. Not bad at all. Coming from my generation of the original Nintendo, They are quite a leap. I started with the Atari, and the Commodore 64 PC, so thinking back, any new console today is amazing. But, back to the game. Let's just say, it's Tony Montana, Scarface.. That's enough right there to own the game. It's just a great perk that it's fun, and if you like the Grand Theft Auto series, then this is a must have..I have always been a gamer, and now with my kids getting into adult games, I just get to enjoy them that much more. It's always fun to plug in the old NES, and play Mario, Contra, or Double Dragon, and show the kids what I played at their age. Nintendo has always gotten better with every new console, so I think that the next one just might top them all. Don't get me wrong, I love my PS2, and PS3, the Xbox, and the 360, but Nintendo started all the gaming craze, at least for me, and I think somehow, they will pull it off again, and build a machine that will put the rest back to the Atari age..Just maybe. I, personally, will be a customer as long as they have the Nintendo name, and keep getting better. Maybe the next game console will advance into an experience that let's you control the game, just sitting in your favorite chair, and whatever you want to happen, Nintendo will project that onto your screen, just from your thoughts. Who know's? That may be some time away, or may never happen, but if you told me at age 11 that in 25 years, there would be technology like there actually is today, I wouldn't have believed it. Gaming or otherwise. Imagine stepping up to the Wii, straight from the original NES. Could you imagine? It just keeps getting better and better. So, a big thanks to Nintendo, for all the years of entertainment, and for the years to come.

So, being an avid Nintendo-ite, I tend to miss out on big titles such as Grand Theft Auto and Halo. Scarface fills one of those holes in my little gamers heart. I thoroughly enjoy the aspect of walking around and completing tasks and missions at my own rate. I also enjoy the preservation of the movie's foul language and cast of colorful characters. Though I have only played through about 1/3 of the game so far, I am really impressed with the gameplay. The AI isn't that great, but gangs will chase you down if you make them angry enough; and if they can't get you on foot. They will rip people from their cars and chase you down that way. Really exciting to get in the middle of. The driving facet of the game is not incredibly physics based, but allows the driver to power slide and receive "Balls" bonuses for skillfully attacking corners and driving into oncoming traffic. A good deal of the cars maintain the ambiguity of GTA while staying vaguely similar to actual cars and trucks. In addition to walking around and driving, one can also complete missions on the water. Boating is altogether a fun experience, but nothing to write home about. I am never excited to just jump into a boat and complete the water missions. Also, do not get caught swimming for too long as you will inevitably come to pass on from 80 or 90 tiny stab wounds from a great white's (or generic equivalent's) mouth. Not less than 40 curse words came out of my mouth when this happened as I had lost about 2 hours worth of building up money and drugs to that flipping shark. As I have continued to play through the game the controls have gotten much easier to use. At first, you are thrown into a classic, little friend, scene from the movie and are left without having been able to practice with the movement controls or reading the interface. This is ridiculously frustrating when you can't get through the first stage of the game without dying about a dozen times. It is, however, worth your time to finally make it through this as the game only gets easier to control and more fun. As for the graphics, I believe Vivendi took full advantage of the Wii's controls and mostly their graphics. As everyone says about the Wii, they are not 360 or PS3 graphics, which is true, but I think they did a great job nonetheless. Overall I gave this a 9 out of 10 as I believe the beginning was a lot harder than it needed to be, but once past that, it is a great and immersive game.

    I like it :)

I am currently renting scarface, ive had it for just over a week.
I am rather fond of this game, it very much reminds of the 3D grand theft auto games (i think its built on the same engine) but in my opinion its a little better than them.

So basically you play as Tony Montana, a gangster who is trying to rebuild his empire, you will do various missions around a very large area which will include having to boat over to many different islands. Many of the missions include cocaine dealing, assassination and taking over plenty of different businesses.

What stands out for me is the ability to buy yourself some fancy stuff including new cars, boats, decor for your mansion, collectables and many more! You can even buy your own henchman :)

This game has kept me playing for ages and I have not played another game since I got it. Just a couple of things though......controls can be a bit fiddly at times because of the wii remote and DO NOT LET KIDS ANYWHERE NEAR THIS GAME, It has the F word in it so many times! Any you will hear much more rude stuff being shouted too.

    Give it a go :)

    Scarface Wii is good

    Created: 29/03/09
SCARFACE:THE WORLD IS YOURS IS MOST LIKELY MY FAVORITE GAME ON NINTENDO WII. YOU GET TO BUY GUNS AND CARS AND BUY FRONTS SO YOU CAN SEND YOUR COCAINE THROUGH THEIR. THE MISSIONS ARE GREAT. THEY ARE FUN YET NOT SO SIMPLE AND NOT SO FRUSTRATING. IT IS WAY BETTER THAN GRAND THEFT AUTO; THE MISSIONS, THE GUNS, AND THE STORYLINE ARE WAY BETTER THAN GTA SAN ANDREAS. I CAN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT GTA 4 BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER PLAYED IT. THIS GAME IS A SEQUEL TO THE ORIGINAL AL PACINO MOVIE SCARFACE(1983). YOU BEGIN THE GAME FROM THE "SAY HELLO TO MY LITTLE FRIEND" AND THE GAME GOES ON FROM THERE. INSTEAD OF DYING LIKE IN THE MOVIE, YOU LIVE AND ESCAPE YOUR MANSION FROM ALL THOSE THUGS. FROM THERE YOU MUST REBUILD YOUR DRUG EMPIRE AND GET REVENGE ON EVERYBODY WHO CHEATED YOU OUT. LAST, YOU MUST KILL SOSA AND GET REVENGE. THE CONTROLS FOR WII ARE GREAT. THEY ARE NOT CONFUSING AT ALL AND ITS EASY TO USE THEM. OVERALL, SCARFACE:THE WORLD IS YOURS IS A MUST-BUY IF YOU ARE A FAN OF THE MOVIE. IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THE MOVIE OR DIDN'T LIKE IT, YOU SHOULD AT LEAST RENT THIS GAME AND SEE HOW YOU LIKED IT. THANK YOU FOR READING MY REVIEW AND IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ME THAN I AM SORRY, BUT EVERYONE HAS THIER OWN OPINION.

    Good game, some things missing

    Created: 23/12/08
Pros: GTA style open world, great alternative to GTA, good controls, good storyline, play as enforcers, assasins, and drivers

Cons: graphics can be glitchy, camera-view isn't perfect

Summary: If you are a fan of Grand Theft Auto and similar styled games this is for you. It is better than the Godfather and is very mature. Tony Montana curses every other sentence (if not more). A good RPG for Wii gamers.
