I manage several dozen servers and Seagate drives seem to have less failures then other brands. The only complaint I have is that Seagate will not honor a manufacturers warranty if the drive was originally incorporated in a server. So if I ever switch drives, then I have to track that drive with the server it was originally purchased with and go back to that vendor, such as Dell, HP, etc.
