Christopher Lee Rhyne Review 106

Carlos has a new album called Shaman. 60's pop and vocalist, you'll also find copy cat repeat demographic on a few tracks “Victory Is Won” clearly compared. Collective guitar old SN, Carlos his R&B/Pop was above average when compared to other influences or genres.

'The Game of Love', 'You Are My Kind" great electric guitars / acoustics when comparing all 16 total. I think 'Victory Is Won" lowered CD to 4****.

CD CAST----- Alejandro Lerner, Andres Munera - keyboards, Andy Vargas, Arturo Velasco - trombone, Asdru Sierra - trumpet, Benny Reitveld - bass, Carlos Santana - vocals, acoustic 12-stirng, nylon string & electric guitars, keyboards, timbales, rainstick, Chester Thompson, Cori Rooney Dan Shea - programming, Fernando "Toby" Tobon - electric guitar, cuatro, mandolin, bass, backgrond vocals, Governor Washington - vocals, John Ginty - organ, keyboards, Jose Gaviria - keyboards, background vocals, Karl Perazzo - congas, percussion, Kike Santander, Melkie Jean, Me'Shell Ndege'Ocello, Michael Shrieve - drums, Ola Taylor, Ozomalti, Pauline Taylor - background vocals, Rene Martinez - acoustic guitar, Rodney Blade, Shelene Thomas, Ulises Bella - saxophone.

I wanted to mention that "Sideways" was closer to blues genre. I went ahead and spent the time to list tracks on this CD.

CD TRACKS----- Adouma ----- Nothing At All Feat. Musiq----- The Game Of Love Feat. Michelle Branch----- You Are My Kind Feat. Seal ----- Amore(sexo) Feat. Macy Gray ----- Foo Foo----- Victory Is Won----- Since Supernatural Feat. Melkie Jean& Grovner Washington ----- America Feat. P.O.D. ----- Sideways Feat. Citizen Cope ----- Why Dont You & I Feat. Carlos Santana-Shaman

Created: 04/10/06
My friend had this CD and I loved it. The next day I purchased it at an awesome price from half.com! It is unusual to love every or almost every song on a CD, but this album is different. Every song on the CD feautres a different artist, therefore, every song is unique. It is not your "typical" Santana CD. Every song has an individual style.
