The Sims Bustin' Out is AWESOME!

    Created: 22/11/05
We LOVE the Sims' games. Bustin' Out is no exception. The create-a-sim is not as good as the PC version, as you can't add your own face to it, and customize the clothes, but that is the only thing lacking. When you play with the lawn gnomes, you can get unlimited money and health to make the game easier. Without the lawn gnomes, you have the choice to become a Movie Star, Mad Scientist, Gangster, Fashion Victim, Paramilitary, Counter Culture, Jock, or even a Rock Star, a professional Slacker, Artist, Computer Geek, or you could even make your millions as a sneaky Swindler! This game TOTALLY rocks! You can build up your house (as with most other sim games). There are even cheat codes you can get free online at specific websites that tell you how to do things like walk around naked, play strip poker, bath/shower without being "fuzzed" out, or for the not so perverted type, (like me) - you can use the codes to get the lawn gnomes for unlimited health and wellness. There are codes to unlock all your social requirements to get to the next level, unlock all vehicles, all items, etc.

EA Games did EXCELLENT when making this game. The music is quite "toe-tapping" and addicting. Especially when "Bella" plays the organ! That rocks! You'll be singing the tune for days!

We like this game, and recommend it to all Sim fans! Enjoy!!!

    Fun, solid.....Long loading, freezing up,

    Created: 20/06/06
After buying, playing, and beating The Sims, I decided it would be fun to give this sweet looking second outing, and I was right! In the first one, you are living with your mom, move out, get married, have kids, and enjoy the good life. This is just practally the same thing with alot more background, unlockables, things to do, OH YEAH, you can visit relatives and neighbors in this one! In short, it's the same thing just polished. However, this does not mean it is a bad game. This is by far one of the most inovated games I have ever played! (I've not played The Sims 2). When you move your character around, it always feels freash and slightly different. Making this a game you MUST rent/buy. Although of all the greatness and fun of this classic, it does have its set backs. When your with you mom, there is absolutly ALMOST no loading time. Then, I moved out with my dumb witted sister, and to my suprise it had a 30 second loading time. Thats not so bad when you think of it, but then, some of the goals in her house were to visit people and do stuff (give "sign language", flirt, win in a game of poker, party...). It's all fun but thats a half of a minitue for each time you go back home or visit. It especially gets on my nerve when I visit someone, and right when I get there I have to get back home for work, or I am out of energy and need to go back home and go to sleep. Small, but sizable glitches are also take away from this great game. For instance, Malcolm Landgrabb (greedy step dad) is stealing from the people/person you are living with. He goes to take a plasma T.V. in a room where your roommate is in front of the door. So they bump into each other and don't move for 4 minuites!!! 4 minuites!!! Don't get me wrong though, this is an excellent game with superb solid game play, but DO NOT buy this game if you have NO PATIENCE, WANTS SOMTHING NEW EACH TIME YOU PLAY IT, DID NOT LIKE THE PREVIOUS TITLES, OR JUST LIKES OTHER GENERS OF GAMES.

If you didn't fall under any of those categories, congratulations, buy the game or rent it! It is just plain different.

    Sim's Bustin' Out

    Created: 18/08/06
Sim's Bustin' Out let's you strive to make a career for your characters, love interests, and material objects that will entertain you and make you want to go after that next item to add to your living room, just to see what it will do for your character and how others will interact with it. From a maneating plant to a microphone you will love this game. My kids would ask me to play it and sit and WATCH me play for a long time. It was like an interesting tv show to them. There are also several mysteries to solve before achieving certain levels. This makes it fun for the detectives of your household. GREAT GAME!
It might be a little complex for younger players. It takes a while to figure out how to maneuver characters and their housemates.

Sims Bustin Out - Great Game

    Created: 03/11/10
The sims shows a value between what's real in life and what you can do in the game. The sims is a great game for any one who just wants to see what life would be like if they controlled every bit of it. This game is great because of the improvements from "The Sims" which is also a great game as well. I love the Sims Bustin out and all of the Sims games. Lots of fun for the family of adult age for some of the actions or options on this game. What a great price for a great game.

*Remember - This game is at a great price, but because of the Sims 3 out on the consoles now, THe price is set very reasonably.*

    Okay Game

    Created: 02/04/06
I love Sims in all forms (From PC to gameboy advance) but this one is probably my least favorite. I find it slow moving and to many restrictions. While it has the same concept as all other Sims game, I find this one hard to play. I love that you can pick out your character and what they look like. It is funny watching him ride the little motor bike. I just was hoping for more than what this game offers. The graphics are great and two player action is cool also. If you like the Sims game, I say give it a try and see if it works for you.
