) The reason why I bought this was because I wanted to add this to my VHS collection because it is a part of the series and it was the original video release.It is not a very good picture but it does have a few amusing moments.Though those moments are not enough to lift it up.It does have some very good stunt work and we also get to see a Joie Chitwood thrill show in action.Still,it is only a fair movie that could have been better.
It kind of makes you wonder how life would have been if the movie was relased as the planned Smokey Is The Bandit,which was the origianl title and idea.But it was changed when a test screening ended with the test audience confused as to who was who and where and why.

Got this for my dad and he was pleased with it so thank you. He had already had part one and two and was glad to have found this one.
