Sonic Adventure DX for Game Cube-great game

    Created: 09/07/10
Sonic DX is really not any different than Adventure. They are practically the same. Not even the graphics have improved. But other than that, it's pretty fun. You get to play as various characters who have their own story modes. However, you can finish a story mode in one day if you don't stop playing. When you're not on a mission, you get to walk around and explore your location. There's even a casino where you can gamble your coins. If you haven't already played it, give it a try. It's definitely not a waste of time.

I purchased this game for my 11 year old daughter because she wanted to play the Sonic game with the chaos.(sp) I was hoping it wasn't going to be a waste of my money and end up getting traded in for a fraction of what I paid because she is just getting into video games. I was presently surprised, and this is money well spent. She loves the game and plays it often. I love the fact that it is kid friendly and fun. It is hard to find games that she enjoys and that I am willing to allow her to play at her age. Most of the children's games are way below her level and alot of the teen games have content I feel inappropriate for her age. We got the best of both worlds with this game and are both very happy. There are tons of mini games and it has kept her interest for months as one of her favorites that she plays at least twice a week. That may not sound like alot, but for an 11 year old who is only allowed to play a few hours a week after all other chores, schoolwork, and family errands are done it is. She rarely ever played the same game twice in a week until this one. The only down side was not with the game, but with the fact that I didn't have enough knowledge when I purchased it. She has a Wii, which I was told could play game cube games. This is true, but for any unfamiliar mommies out there I want to include this special note: you have to purchase a special control and a memory card to play game cube games on a Wii game system. These items combined total about $40.00-$50.00 depending where purchased. However, you only have to purchase them once and then you can play any game cube games on your Wii, and since they no longer make the gamecube, you can get games for that system really cheap. Hope this information was helpful and Happy gaming!!!!

    Sonic Adventure DX is playable

I'm not the biggest Sonic fan when it comes to his games. This game was actually fun for me. I have never played the Dreamcast version, but many compare this game to it. I liked that you were free to roam the levels. In this game, you can use all the sonic team friends, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, E-102, and Big to complete missions. There are some unlockables, such as old Sega Sonic games. There are some flaws in this game. Some camera angles are questionable. Even though there are some flaws in this game, I still think this is one of Sonic's best games.

Sonic's prequel from sonic adventure is purely classic!

    Created: 19/02/10
This game had originally came out right after 2002.
I had played this on p3 750mhz back in late 2003 the game was good on the pc.
But on the nintendo gamecube it is more widely enhanced the graphics for each environment in sonic's world are breathless.
The camera for the game could have been done alot more better but it's ok, just aggrevating at times.
If you are buying this game for yourself and are use to sonic's 3D games, you should have no problem mastering every characters part within a week or less.
If your buying this game for a kid who like's sonic games as much as mario they will love this one.

The game has alot of positive replay value including hidden options that will be enabled when playing through the game.

Two of them I will mention the rest you can find out about by playing or looking at game guides.

1.Sound test options with full sound tracks
2.Game Gear games such as sonic the hedgehog 1 and 2.

If you can find this game on ebay.com for less than 20.00 bucks go ahead and get it.
Stay away from the ones that have no case and the seller "does" mentioned scratches on the disc.
