) Sonic Free Riders is one of Microsoft's kinect release games. (Of curse this one is developed by SEGA)
Sonic free riders is a region free game - Which allows you to play it on all xbox 360 consoles, no matter which region is it.
In Sonic free riders, the players can play with one of Sonic's series characters, or your XBOX's Avatar.
The player's character is riding a hover-board, and the players controls her with intuitive skateboard-like moves.
Besides riding a hover-board, your character will have to do some other cool stuff such as swimming. (I'll let you find out about the rest)
In Sonic free riders you can play alone vs the computers, or with friends, online with people around the world via XBOX Live or offline - Together in the same room.
In Sonic free riders you've got a number of game modes such as Racing, Fighting (Surviving, take the least damage) and Collecting stuff (Rings and stuff)
You can play together or against each other (if you are in the same room - in split screen mode)
You can also play more then 2 players in TAG mode.
In conclusion - Sonic free riders is a really cool game, recommended for Sonic fans, kids, gamers, and people who likes to move a bit ;)
The controllers are pretty intuitive, and for sure are unique and pretty much fun if you ask me. (Brings ms back to "Back to the future" :P)

) Product was in perfect conditions. Great price & the game itself is very fun! It is a good game that makes you move around, which is great. Loved it, I am very satisfied. It is a game the whole family can play.
better off with a game like joy ride as this is too hard for kids to play

) my son loves Sonic, and we have the old xbox non kinect game. This game looks interesting, but it has a high degree of difficulty for kids. My 8 year old does not want to play this, even though he loves Sonic. Buy Joy Ride instead

More fun than expected! Ignore the usability whiners!

After reading some of the poor reviews I was hesitant but glad I bought it - it's a LOT of fun!
Yeah, the menu "swipe" feature can be difficult, it's not like a swipe on a smart phone, but if you move slowly and deliberately it works fairly well.
The game play is challenging, especially when you're on a skateboard but after a little practice and IF you set up "regular" or goofy foot the correct way, you find it works fairly well.
I like reaching for the rings and doing the jumps - what a work out!
My son likes riding the rails and all the cool upgrade vehicles you can get as you gain points.
This game needs more room than most of the other Kinect games, so spread out and have a blast!

my kid wants it. and the price was unbeatable, and the best way to buy was on ebay. also my kid loves Sonic, is his favorite cartoon or video character
