3)Good music and photo file support.
4)Good 333Mhz processor and 512MB internal SDRAM.
5)Better units exist in the same price range.
6)Can be purchased cheaper & without tax charges out of state of Florida
7)Beware of $15.00 "restocking fee" not mentioned at time of sale if you decide to return the item.

1. The universal remote is old and does not have Vizio brand at all.
2. The receiver will need to be programed. Most computers now a days do not have a rs232 port so you you will have to buy a db9 rs232 to usb adaptor.
3. The manual does not have any customer service number or address.

Very good FTA receiver choice and less expensive than its rivals!

This receiver was as easy to program as the Viewsat Ultra that I bought 2 years ago. I have only half as much invested in the SV premier with svlan than I have into the VS ultra with the weather forecaster. It may be SD only but produces a crisp, quality picture. The only real trick to setting it up is you have to switch a network setting (from static to DHCP) plus enter the serial number of the svlan, but if you have set up another receiver before it is pretty self explanatory. I am very pleased with this unit. For only $140 (receiver/svlan combo) at the time I composed this review, I certainly wasn't disappointed :)

Good product and minimal problem to configuration or setup. the PVR funtion I permit record my favorite movies. I recomend SV 360 ...
