This is the ONE!! Almost foolproof =)

It's really hard to believe anyone can lose weight eating like this, but you can! Worlds easier to stay with for the long haul than something like Atkins because it's so much less restrictive. This "diet" (way of life, really, because you can eat like this forever) has such bold flavors and satisfying foods that I can't imagine needing to cheat. If you like Mediterranean cuisines and you've tried and had some success on Atkins but couldn't stay with it, like me, you've got to give this a try - you won't believe how wonderful it is! Follow the rules and you'll enjoy a nice, steady, moderate weight loss (don't look for 10lb a week...) and you'll feel so much better - more energy, idk... just a general "feel-better" feeling. Try it, you'll see :)

Weight Watchers is still the best life plan out there!!

After quitting WeightWatchers after two years, thinking I could "do it on my own," I, once again, in my lifetime experience with "diets," started looking for one I could live with and still have my wine! I looked at all the new ones out there and picked this one because it offered a healthy approach and included my beloved drink. It is a healthy way eat and drink, but for me, too gourmet and somewhat time consuming for me and my family. Give me Rachel Ray and 30 Minute Meals! So, after all was said and done, I went back to Weight Watchers and if I watch it, I can still have my wine, if not every day, at least every other. When you watch the new commercials, with all the difficulties you encounter with diets, they're right. DIETS DON'T WORK! WEIGHTWATCHERS DOES! It's a life plan anyone can do! Sorry to all who love the Sonoma Diet, but I was asked to write my opinion, and there it is!

The Sonoma Diet

It's time to diet and make a change in my eating habits! I have several friends who are on the Sonoma diet, a couple who have both lost LOTS of weight and they look Wonderful and younger and seem full of energy. They love the food and even seem to like preparing it and are just enjoying it all around. I have previously tried , with success, the South Beach diet, but have gained back the weight. This diet allows carbs right from the start and it is really about changing your lifestyle. I have made changes, but this is the next step. I enjoyed reading the book and so far the receipes are great!

Simple and Easy to follow...Like this diet!!

The Sonoma Diet lets you eat more like normal with less restrictions. Of course, you have to stop the cakes and cookies. But it has alot of good foods like whole grain pasta, fruits and vegetables which I like. It helps that the diet puts the foods in categories to help you. The down side is that I thought some fruits would be acceptable to eat more often than they are... that surprising to me. I bought this book because it sounded like this diet was more suited for me.

Really GOOD Diet!

This book is really well written by an author who has done her homework.. nutricionally, medically and logically. The explanation of this diet is explained so that it's very easy to understand and makes real sense in a world of fast food advertising. It helps you take control of your diet, your life and overall.. it works! If you've tried Weight Watchers... Curves.. low carb.. low fat diets... without success...here's YOUR diet! Hooray for this book.. this author.. this wonderful way to love food.. for all the right reasons!

See you on the thinner side of life!
