) Outstanding picture quality and sound. All kinds of neat and awesome features. Easy to use. Quiet and automatic lens cover. The only thing I've noticed is a slight delay when navigating the touch screen due to all the great features. The only reason I noticed this is because I had an older non-HD version and I am used to navigating through the videos faster than this one. But this is acceptable due to I have a lot more choices with this model. Over time I will not even notice the slight delay.

handycam was purchased to be used at a wedding. I learned the in's and out's a few days before and was confident that it would work for me. Very simple to use, excellent quality on HD pic and sound and the touchscreen aspect was simple to figure out. Not having to worry about filling SD cards and changing them was "priceless"! I did purchase a second battery and after 5 hours was glad I did. Excellent value for a nice compact camera.

I am a teacher and this is a good camcorder for my students to use. It is easy to use and the picture/sound is relatively good. Make sure you have a way to upload the files because Sony has a weird file format on all of their camcorders.

) we couldn't ask for a better camcorder. The picture is great and it is simple to use.We bought the camcorder to record our twin boys football games. We like all of the features. We have owned other Soney camcorders but this one is special.

The viewfinder has the clearest picture I have ever seen on a camcoder. The HD makes a big difference both in recording and viewing. The picture is perfect, almost too good. The zoom does not extend as far as some but so far has been more than adequate at the events I have attended.
