Sony VAIO VGN-UX280 Ultra portable PC

VERY LITTLE AND POWERFULL DEVICE FULL OPERATION SITEM WINDOWS XP MUCH BETTER THEN WINDOWS VISTA AND 7.
ONLY 1 GIGA RAM NOT UPGRADABLE BUT GOOD ENOUGHT TO BROWESER INTERNET WHIT NO PROBLEM, FAST APPLICATION OPENING AMAZING SCREEN AND A VERY EASY AND POWERFULL WIFI.
THE MOTION WEBCAM WORK GREAT AND THE QUALITY FOR VIDEO CALL IS AT VERY GOOD LEVEL .
SOME BUG AND PC FREEZE WHEN USED HARDLT BUT THIS IS XP ANYWAY MUCH BETTER THEN NEW OPERATIONAL SITEM.
OVERALL A PERFECT MICRO PC LIGHT,SMALL,POWERFULL,FAST,WHI​T MANY OPTION FOR CONNECTION AND A VERY LONG LASTING BATTERY.
A PERFECT MACHINE FOR OUTSIDE WORK AND THE BEST I CAN FIND ON THE MARKET FOR 300$.
I ALSO HAVE THE NEW SONY VAIO P SERIE AND IN MY OPINION THIS UX PERFORM WAY BETTER .

Outstanding performance in a little package. Excellent WiFi/WLAN reception. I primarily use this computer for emails, internet browsing, word processing, YouTube videos, and music player. And this micro Vaio handles them all well. My two complaints would be with the battery life and keyboard. The battery only lasts about 2.5 hours (may just need a new one). And the keys should be raised for a better feel. All in all this little computer is built well and is like having a desktop in your pocket.

A few things are certain: death, taxes and that Sony will release some unbearably cool new piece of technology every year. Last year it was the PSP, this time it's the Vaio UX series. We'll cover the UX180P, which is the US version of Sony's new Micro PC. Shying away from the UMPC (Ultra Mobile PC) design, introduced in late May 2006, Sony decided to do it their way and create yet another highly mobile concept in full Windows XP computing. Indeed, the UX is quite different from the Samsung Q1 UMPC, and bears more similarity (conceptually) to the OQO model 01. Sony perhaps learned from the OQO's shortcomings, thus releasing a more solid, usable machine for $200 less than the model 01's original price. Certainly it's not cheap at $1,799, but we're happy to see any kind of downward price trend in groundbreaking hardware.

The "U" in UX probably stands for ultra-portability, ultra-performance, ultra-design, ultra-etc. Thus, the Sony Vaio VGN-UX280P is micro computer that truly provides ultra performance! It is literally like having a full-size laptop computer in the palm of your hand! I wish that it had come with a CD/DVD drive, but then its micro size could not realistically fit one drive inside. Because of its small size, it is hard at times to read words on the screen. So, you need to have either good vision or a good pair of glasses!

Very convenient mobile device. I use it to access internet banking in the road. And it helps me in the accounting affairs of my company.
I changed the battery on an expanded and now he can do for a long time without recharging. I also replaced the built-in WiFi to WiFi / WIMAX, which is very good impact on access to the internet:)
