Not bad, but not great.

I just started the South Beach Diet, and I was looking for a "real" cookbook. Although I have an online membership, sometimes, you just have a need to grab a cookbook and go at it.
The book is hardcover, and that's fine, but I would have preferred another style: something more like Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook, which is a 3-ring binder style of cookbook. I would have also liked to have seen more photos.
Overall, it's not a bad book. The diet is a good one, and I am losing weight, but I just don't care for the hardcover. However, it's all that South Beach had to offer (as far as I could tell).

Truly amazing!!!

I bought this book a few weeks ago and it is the best purchase I have ever made. I've been struggling to lose weight and eat healthy on a daily basis and this book has really helped me. I think everyone should follow what Dr. Arthur Agatston says in the book, it is so true and so very useful! It's not difficult to follow the receipes and create tasty, delicious, healthy food. This should not be considered a diet book, it must be considered as a way of life.

The South Beach Diet Quick & Easy Cookbook

I am extremely pleased with the book. My husband and I have switched to the South Beach Diet lifestyle and really love it. It's healthy, delicious and easy to stick to even while eating out or going on a cruise. We feel much better (and look better) after being on the diet. I think I have tried every diet ever invented and find this to be easy, and extremely healthy. The recipes are easy to make and look and taste delicious. Try it, you'll like it.

In order to lose some weight, I use South Bech Diet Quick and Easy Cookbook guide. The recipes are excellent and easy to follow. If you want to lose some weight or to have healthy eating, this cookbook is perfect for you.

Good Book

This is a very good book for people who want to change their eating life with the South Beach Diet Plan. The book and eating plan are very easy to follow. Good food choices and good recipes are two of the features in this book. I bought the book because my husband and I want to eat better without going on a "diet". This plan does that. The first two weeks are the hardest but once you get rid of your cravings it's easy to stay on. The book contains recipes for all three phases of the plan and most of the ingredients are things you probably have in your pantry! I'd recommend this book to anyone who wants to change their eating habits and feel great by accomplishing that goal.
