Splat Magazine Renegade Paintball (PC, 2005)

Excellent price. Buy from this Ebayer. As far as the game goes, I played the demo and had to buy the full version. Game play is great with a good computer and video card. Graphics are good for a low cost game. Field editor is awesome. I was able to build my local paintball field and it is quite fun.
LAN games work very good, but the Internet games are a mystery. No response from the company on how to get it to work. (no returned emails) I set my router up correctly, still no good. Overall, I give this game a 4.5 out of 5. My kids like it and so do I. Winters in North Dakota don't allow you to play outside, so this is the next best thing.

What I love about this game is that it is an excellent indoor training session on player movements. I have taken a lot of what I now use on the field from watching the AI (computer) movements and patterns. The game moves well, although there are times when its easy for the computer to smoke you and almost impossible to whack them.
I bought this game bc its one of the few games that actually have woodsball included into the gameplay. Now that means you play in the woods but you don't get a tippmann 98 or an A5 and forget a rocket launcher bc you won't see it here...even the uniforms are still the standard speedball type. The designers could have offered camo and at least one scenario marker to make it better for hardcore woodsballers out there.
Overall, I truly do enjoy the game even though it would appear that the woodsball stuff was an afterthought even though the typical paintballer plays in their backyard or nearby woods...I would give this a 8 out of 10...would have been 10 out of 10 if they had an A5 or marketed a little more towards standard woods play

I would never buy from that store again. I sent them the money right away. It was acknowledged with no problems. The problem was, that I never got the game. I tried contacting them several times explaining it was for a birthday present and I needed it right away. I ended up finding it at Gamestop for two dollars less. To put it in a nutshell, They got my money, No respone, and I ended up buying it in a store for less money, and I never heard from them again.
