Fun for any star wars fan

Created: 06/12/06
I bought this cookbook for a family member who loves Star Wars. The cook book was very fun and got a lot of laughs when we gave it to them! The recipies are VERY easy and require very little skill or time. All of the recipies have cute Star Wars themed names (such as Wookie Cookies). The pages in this cook book are coated in plastic so they wipe off really easily if you happen to spill something on them. Each recipie is also accompanied by a picture of the food with Star Wars characters. Overall, a very cute cook book!

I give this book an excellent rating because I feel any Star Wars fan would love to add this little book to their collection. It has good recipes and lots of pictures. You get a little chuckle from each page with the names of the recipes, like Wookie Cookies and Yoda Soda. Too cute! It is very colorful and also has foil stickers in the back of the book, though, I doubt any one would really want to take them out.

The Star Wars Cookbook

Nicely laid out and in a spiral binding so you can lay it flat to read without having to weigh the pages down or bend back the spine of the book. Good fun to look through and try the different Star Wars inspired recipes. Easy to follow and fun to try with children of all ages.

Old School Star Wars Cooking for your Nerdy Kid

Created: 03/06/06
We saw this first in a bookstore and laughed and laughed. The price is worth it for the art. Pages of the old Star Wars action figures doing things with food (for instance, Han shooting a "Han-burger" with a laser of ketchup from atop the Millenium Falcon).
My 10 year old likes to cook, and these are simple kids recipes. The back has labels for making gifts of the food with silly things like "may the fork be with you" on them.
It's an end of school year present, so we haven't tried the recipes yet. I'm betting the first thing we try is the Princess Leia Cinnamon Bun Hairdos.

I bought this book for my younger brother who is 12 and he loves it. He likes cooking and to have have a book with very clear recipes and easy recipies is very cool. I had the most fun laughing at the different titles of the dishes. yoda soda, Wookie Cookies, and Tusken Raider Taters keep him entertained and me laughing. Good book.
