Tori's Book is SPELLbinding
Created: 13/11/08
After watching 90210, it is refreshing to see that Tori Spelling is her own person and not just some Barbie doll type created by media hype and networks. Tori shows that growing up in Hollywood is not as glam as everyone thinks and proves the Beatles correct that money can't by you love. With a father who loved her dearly and showered her with anything a little girl could want and a mother who isn't really sure how to show it, its amazing that she turned out "normal" as she describes it in her own words. The books shows all the ups and downs in her life and how she took her destiny into her own hand and had to make a choice in her happiness or everyone elses. This book proves that Tori is a hard worker, has a great sense of humor and loves probably more than anyone in Hollywood. She has a heart of gold and the book to prove it! Any Tori Spelling fan will love it. Read about the real girl behind "Donna Martin" and the life she lead before and after 90210.

Born into Hollywood Royality Tori Spelling has been the reporters dream~
this book is well written and pretty much lays out Tori's mistakes and hard times~ from BAD BAD choices in men and her personal life~ how being Aaron Spelling's Daughter made her media fodder and often closed as many doors and opportunies as it opened~some fun info on her time as Donna Martin on 90210~ and about her fairy tale wedding to Wrong man~ her stuggles with in her family~ most interesting is how she clears up some LIES told by the press~ MUCH better than I expected~ worth the read~ I GIVE IT A SOLID 8 OUT OF 10~ AND It SOUNDS LIKE SHE HAS TURNED HER LIFE AROUND~

I loved the book! It is a hilarious and insightful look at the life of Tori Spelling. She talks about all the main relationships in her life including her mother, father, brother and her beloved Nanny who she considered her mother. It goes into details about the will her father wrote and her childhood, teens and 90210 show. I highly recommend this reading for a new and eye opening twist on a beleaguered and criticized daughter of the rich and famous.

Donna Martin may be dead but Tori Spelling is fabulous!

I was never a huge Donna Martin fan but did watch my fair share of Beverly Hills 90210 so was familiar with Tori Spelling. I had read about her in the tabloids and always thought of her as a spoiled little rich girl who was born wealthy and had no idea what it was like to want for anything. I started watching the reality series "Tori and Dean" and have fallen in love with the show and never miss it. Watching the series made me see that there is so much more to Tori than even the cameras show. I bought her book and read it in a day! Its silly and lighthearted and made me laugh, but was also serious and sad as you learn about Tori and her childhood, the relationship with her mother, and her desire to just be "normal". A great read, weather your a Tori fan or not and I guarantee that you will see her in a different light after reading her story.

Better Then You'd Think

I decided to buy this book because I have always disliked Tori and thought her a spoiled adulterus little rich girl, then when she married her husband Dean, and I saw how happy and in love she really was with him and that she had the guts to give up her inheritence for him as well---I felt like maybe there was more substance to this girl then met the eye. So I bought it, and I was pleasently surprised TWICE! Once when I watched her Tori & Dean INN Love reality show---I immediately fell inlove with her and her husband then she had her first baby and I fell inlove with him too and meme-la-rue and her nanny were too precious. Second was when I read her book: sTORI Telling.
This is a girl with a LOT of substance and no-body's fool. Tori is smart, attractive, very caring as a mother, loyal and truly loves her husband and vise versa, and she can write as well. I found her book funny, sad, and tragic at times and i loved the family pictures and Tori's captions--the girl has a wicked sense of humor and I LOVED this book---and you will too!
