Street Fighter II Turbo (Super Nintendo, 1993)

This is an amazing game, a great arcade classic and one of the best fighting games ever. It's fun, addicting, has high replay value, and you can play with friends. The gameplay is pretty much normal fighting, with diferent degrees of punching and kicking, jumping, and special moves. There is a lot more in order to make the game fresh and fun though. You can play the game at normal speed, or in turbo mode which is faster. There's also a code to make turbo mode REALLY FAST, just press Down R Up L Y B on controller two at the title screen. There's many diferent characters to choose, even the four bosses. There's also 3 fun bonus stages where you destoy a car, bricks, and barrels. The only bad thing about gameplay is that your opponet may push you into the corner and beat you without mercy. You can do this too though so it can also be an advantage.
The visuals are very nice. The stages are memorable spanning in countries all over the world. The each have their own charm, like how the USSR stage has a communist symbol on the ground or how there is a man selling chickens in China. The music isn't that special to me personally, but many would disagree, so it's your call. Overall, this game is amazing, fun, original, and a must buy.

This is THEE classic fighting game. The SNES version is pretty much hands down the best platform, next to the arcade.

A great classic and one of the best fighting games ever.Turbo 11is the exact same thing as Street Fighter II except it comes with a turbo game play mode which just speeds up players movement to make it harder. This mode is completely optional though and can be played normally.

One of the best, if not THE best, fighting game for the Super Nintendo! Still fun to play, even with today's high-tech gaming! It's the classic-retro arcade game for the SNES!

It is exactly as I remembered. Now, remembering the combinations for playing is a different story. One of the greatest fighing games of it's time. Naturally, I feel that without this game we wouldn't have the fighting games we have out today. I absolutely love being able to share my childhood games with my own children. It feels great to watch them enjoy a game that my brother and I once played.
