) I like the appearance of the toaster. I very much like the wide slots and the fact that it has the lever to raise small slices of bread so you don't burn your finger getting it out of the toaster. Don't see much difference in the toasting when you press the bagel button.

loaf slices half the time to remove the slice I had to use a plastic fork,
or unplug and use a steel fork to remove the toasted slice. Hard to control temperature and time toasting, had toast turning black, couldn't figure out how
to raise slices early so I just unplug it each time , seems to work ok
doing that.

Disappointed

We like 4 slice toasters so I decided to try the Sunbeam. We were very disappointed in the product as it only toasts the bread on one side. The other side is warm.

We really like our toaster it has alot of helpfull buttons on it and the price was right. Its use is very friendly and we love it very nice wide slots and the stop and extra lift buttons ore great.

Works wonderful, a great deal. It will be best with company because it toast 4 slices at the cost of a 2 slice toaster
