Far Below the Specifications and Quality described on ebay and other sites

) Do NOT buy anything from SVP, otherwise known as Silicon Valley Peripherals, if you are expecting anything better something you might win in a "crane game" machine!
This company sells nothing but junk. I ordered two of their camcorders as Christmas gifts a couple of years ago: one didn't work, the other was far below the specifications described on ebay.
I worked very hard to get a refund for the camcorder that did not work (wouldn't even turn on, ever). They DID NOT refund my money AND charged me a restocking fee when I returned the camcorder to them!!! This is how they make their money.
Don't be fooled by the low price! It is not worth the disappointment you'll feel when you receive the horribly poor quality merchandise this company sells. You will wish you had not wasted your money.
These guys are masters at fighting the credit card companies in reversal of charges. That is what it came to in my case, I got the charge reversed, then they eventually got it reinstated! I was appalled! This has been a total nightmare!!!
HOPE I HAVE SAVED YOUR CHRISTMAS! Mine was ruined as this was the only gift I could afford to give my son and it turned out to be a rotten piece of junk.
