T5570 Color Ink Cartridge

Epson's PictureMate photo printer is a neat little product. It prints glossy 3 x 5 inch prints that rival what you'll get from your drugstore's photo service. It uses only a proprietary ink cartridge and an Epson-only print paper trimmed to 3 x 5 inch size. The usual way to buy an ink cartridge is in an Epson combo package (widely at $26) with contains one cartridge and a packet of 100 print sheets. The main problem is that the ink cartridge quite often runs out before all 100 sheets are used up. I don't recall in the three or four cartridges that I've owned and used up whether any of them held up for 100 prints. So you wind up after a few years with lots of unused print paper (probably going out of date) and looking for only the Epson ink cartridges for sale. The problem is there aren't often these Epson T557 cartridges for sale which are not in the Epson combo pack with the 100 sheets of print paper. So far, Epson has not produced a longer lasting cartridge for the PictureMate. If you own the printer and have lots of print paper, you'll probably buy any T557 cartridge if it is under $15, still sealed in its plastic bag, and the expiration date isn't older than 5 years.

Yo utilizo la impresora PictureMate para dar servicios fotográficos, específicamente imprimo fotografías para identificaciones y tramites en general. Desde hace unos meses atrás me ha sido imposible encontrar material para mi impresora y los distribuidores me dicen que esta serie ha sido discontinuada por EPSON, de modo que lo único que me quedaba era deshacerme de mi aparato siendo que este es casi nuevo. Por lo tanto me vi obligado a buscar una opción que me permita conservarlo. En cuanto al papel no hay mucho problema porque se puede utilizar EPSON u otra marca: chino, americana, etc. Lo que no se puede encontrar es el cartucho de tinta. Así que me arriesgue y compre este producto, que ha resultado ser excelente, no tiene problemas para ser reconocido por la impresora, calza muy bien en el compartimiento del cartucho, no bloquea los inyectores y por último cuando lo insertas muestra lleno en su ventana de control y no tres cuartos como el original.
En contra puedo decir que aunque la impresión en papel Epson Glossy no se diferencia de la tinta original, imprimiendo en papel Epson Lustre la impresión es un poco inferior a la de las tintas originales.

Que mas puedo decir en realidad el material habla por si solo.
Yo lo uso para mi propio trabajo de servicio de fotografia. Realmente tiene muy buenos colores.
