Easy but Fun

This workout is fun to do. If you follow it exactly, it's way too easy, but if you add ancle and wrist weights, or make the moves high-impact, it's a great 30 minute cardio workout with fun music. Tammy sings along here and there which didn't bother me. This is not quite as good though as her other video, Motown Moves.

This is a great exercise for mild cardio with a fantastic instructor. The tape is short enough for days when you're not really up to the challenge but know you have to do it anyway. It's great for regular exercise for beginners and also good for intermediates folk who need a light day. Tamilee is always a great instructor and this is already the second of her videos that I have purchased. I definitely recommend this video for anyone who is really really into video exercise!!

I am very happy with the cd I bought!! I would recommend this CD to anybody; Tami Lee does a great day getting your heart rate up!!
