Best Fairway Wood

Created: 17/05/07
Extremely easy to hit from any lie, with real pop provided by the titanium head. I'm a 6 handicap and still use these fairway woods today. Bubble shaft is difficult to get new grips for however, therefore a shaft change may be required. The TaylorMade R500 60 gram works, but the Graphite Design 8.1+ gives a bit better launch angle. All in all I think this head was one of the best ever made.

Golf club like new !

The pictures didn't do this club any justice. The pictures made this club look nice ... when it arrived it was fantastic! Great grip, shaft, and head. Only one little mark even made the club look used.

Sets up well at address, easy to make good contact, and the ball goes farther with this fairway wood than any other I have used--performance just like my matching driver.

Taylormade brand equipment hasn't done me wrong yet. It may be an older style but still an excellent club.
