Tetris Worlds (Sony PlayStation 2, 2002)

If you enjoy playing Tetris, then you will love this game. It has all the componants of the original tetris but with tons more game modes and features.
Beware this game can be very addicting, with great special effects and competitive gameplay. Tetris Worlds is easily one of the best puzzle games for the Playstation 2.
You can even make your own tetris character! The plot is great too; you have to play to save all of your tetris friends.

Definitly recommended to puzzle game lovers.

I always loved playing Tetris and haven't played in a while. I couldn't pass up the price....It was remarkably cheap and within a week was delivered straight to my house! What better shopping is there when you can order on your computer, not leave your house and fight crowds of people and then have delivered straight to you. There aren't many games out there that don't contain and violence and yet challenge your mind and make you think. I still absolutely love the game. We have a game night every Friday night and get together with friends and family. It is a great family fun game! We are completely 100% satisfied.

It has interesting new twists to the game. However, I was looking for an original tetris game to play with my friends, but the multiplayer function is limited to only 2 minutes. You can only play unlimited game in single player mode.
The graphics are somewhat boring, and the multiplayer mode is very dark.
I would recommend it if you were looking for new types of tetris games to play by yourself, but not recommend if you enjoyed the good old Tetris, or if you were looking to have some knock-out battles with your friends.

I bought this game for my 8 year old son. We both enjoy playing the game online and I thought he would, therefore, enjoy it on his Playstation 2 game console. The graphics are poor - very dull and grainy compared to online versions. During play, the screen shows three Tetris screens at one time - there is no option for one player to have a full screen mode of just one Tetris screen. This seems like a flaw to me, as it is distracting and makes it more difficult to see. My son played it for about 10 minutes and hasn't played it since. I tried it and just wasn't at all impressed. I'll stick with the online versions!

THIS COULD BE THE BEST GAME OF ALL TIME...IVE HAD IT ON EVERY SYSTEM IVE EVER OWNED AND I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT...IT TAKES ALOT OF CONCENTRATION AND QUICK THINKING BUT THATS THE BEST THING ABOUT IT...IF YOU PURCHASE THIS, YOU WILL PLAY IT ALL THE TIME!
