Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 (Xbox, 2006)

Very Fun Game.
Takes a little time to learn to swing with the joystick but is easy after that.
really nice grafics all the players look nice. fun game but the only thing that sucks is that many times you can chip in a eagle shot from a sand bunker from 20 or 30 feet easily.....overall i love the game and would recommend it to and golf fans that want a fun golf game

I have the old x=box ,just learning to play golf too. With this game it helps learn the basics of each club and what they are supposed to do. I bought it because a friend of mine has one and the only time I get to play is when hes around and I had free time at home before bed so I thought it would be better to have one of my own.

Although the custom golfer options are nicer and there are some good parts to 07, I like 06 better as far as the play. I like how you can change your stance in 06. In 07, you have to change where you strike the ball...and that doesn't always mean good contact and good distance. I recommend getting XBOX 360 or just getting 06 for regular XBOX instead of 07.

I love the Tiger Woods series, I have owned every one since 2003. However, this was the first edition that I felt feel short of its predecessor. It has the new team mode, but was a quick play, which resulted in disappointment. You still have season mode and real time event mode, but the competition mode (head-to-head) didn't live up to expectations.

If you owned TW 2006, this version is not much of an upgrade, just a bit different. Also, they failed to get creative with the new courses and added in several old courses from past versions. New courses and a longer competition mode would have made this game worthy of an upgrade from past versions.
