Two time-travelling heroes are on the tail of some plotting aliens who just so happen to have been jumping through time, no doubt scheming after something or another. So with this in mind, the shooter locales range from a 1930s Chicago to the American Old West, the Cold War and, of course, the future. The Cold War area, not coincidentally, drops you on a Siberian station that looks almost identical to the one in GoldenEye 007 for N64, and even features similar weapons and objectives. In addition to single-player and two-player co-op, the game also features frantic four-player split-screen battles. | |

This game can really have you busy for awhile. With tons of extras, this game is worth having just for the unlockable mini-games.
There is much of Goldeneye 007’s influence here, as some of the same people worked on it. This is evident in the incredible quality of everything- the detail in the environments, the non-linear stage layout, the appropriate music. Also much like 007 is the perfect balance between stealth/strategy/action. This one really is top quality.
The design-your-own stage aspect of this game is particularly addictive, and you can actually turn out a great place to play either your own objectives or multi-player (and playing as a monkey never gets old).
The style of this game is very much a caricature of cartoon-like common stereotypes, which may throw off some people who like the more realistic, serious first person shooters. If you can appreciate that, and appreciate this game for its incredibly polished gameplay, this is a must have for you. 9.5/10

Well, it turns out they enjoy II just as much as FP. I think they were just happy to play something new from a game they really liked already.
No real story mode in II compared to Future Perfect, but my kids didn't really take much interest in the story in FP anyway (I'm sure due to their young age), really just wanting to get right to the game play. They recognized some of the characters from FP. No gun crosshair in II (they didn't seem to mind at all). Their favorite feature that is not in FP: flame tag.
It you really like Time Splitters: Future Perfect, I think you will likely enjoy II.

Awesome 1st person shooter! Funny and action packed

This game has decent graphics for a 2005 release. Very entertaining story. Doesn't play on the xbox 360. Download the game's update from xbox live, I have the impression that the graphics improved after updating the game.

) Graphics are on par with XBOX games. The game is addicting and fun. The weapon selection is good. The multiplayer is good but it can be hard to find the ammo and protection that is needed in a single player campaign. The story line I never pay attention to but it could be interesting. I just like shooters and I highly recommend this especially for the prices you can see on ebay.

Love this game... some of the great games on the old xbox platform are even better on the new xbox360.
