Timex Ironman Global Trainer Sports GPS Receiver

I m very satisfy with this product. It a perfect tool to build my training and make me know everything i need. I recomented this item to everyone. Not only for triathlon athletes but also for runners and bikers. I m mostly runner but i loved to go for biking sometimes. The timex iroman global trainer it a perfect tool for any kind of exersise. Highly reccomented item.

This producted looked good in the box. The features all looked ggod and very useful. However, right out of the box the battery was totally dead. I hooked up the charger as instructed and waited, then waited, and waited most of the day. Nothing. The battery would not hold a charge. I am very disappointed with this product. I will have to either send it back or go get another battery that will charge. If I had known all the trouble I would have had just to try to get it going, I would not have purchased it. So far, it is just a totally dead but large, nice looking watch. I was hoping to use it for marathon training and in the next race I am scheduled to run the end of the month. I guess not. What an expensive dud.

It is a good product and very useful once you get the hang of it. I did find the online software to be full of bugs, so it is better to make all of your setting changes on your watch itself rather the software. Once you do log onto the site the information is good except unless you want to pay a monthly fee there is an advert across the bottom of the page that gets in the way. I have tried to download the update but all the does is change my settings, to anything other than what I want.

I still the think the watch is very good and have recommended to friends

Its awesome !!! The first time you link to satellites it takes 1 minute laying the watch flat, but after that it links to the satellites in the time it takes you to tie your shoes !!! The auto pause and auto start works perfect( also has a custom setting for this feature) . Very accurate and battery last 2weeks running three times a week.

Well, after more than 6 years wearing the Timex Trail Runner, it was time to move on. And it was a great decision. Now the trail runner is my backup. Although I mostly use it to monitor my runs, it is amazing easy to use. Thanks Timex.
