Tippmann 98 Custom AT Paintball Marker

I bought this paintball marker because my friends and I decided to take up paintballing. I really didn't know anything about it so I did some research. I found out that Tippmann is the best beginner marker there is. When I started shopping around for markers I was a little shocked by how expensive they could be. Based on this discovery, I decided to buy it used. I came to ebay and searched around. There was a lot to choose from! I ended up bidding on one that was a few years ago but wasn't used very often. The auction included the marker, mask, hopper, 9oz CO2 tank, 3 paintball pods and a belt for the pods and tank. I was very pleased when I first used my new marker. I couldn't have found a better deal for under $100.

This marker takes a beating and keeps on going. Easy to clean, service, upgrade and use. It's the basic paintball marker, but it just works and works and works. The Tippmann 98c is what most paintball fields rent out. It's trust worthy. It's not a fancy, ultra shooting gun, but it will help you learn the basics and have fun while doing it.
With the stock barrel, it doesn't have great range. It will shoot as fast as you can pull the trigger, but it's not designed for full auto. If you want that, you can upgrade the 98C to handle full auto, but then you might want to look at an A5 or X7.
Price wise, it's a great buy and good starter.

Well what can i say. The tippmann 98 custom is one of the best selling markers on the market for a reason. Ive played paintball for a little over 2 years and the tippmann 98 is a perfect marker for people just starting the sport and more experianced players. i bought it because i was looking for a highly upgradeable gun for woodsball / big games. This was the gun! I love my 98 so much much i couldn't recomend another gun anymore for woodsball!

Great Product. Durable, powerful, and accurate. Highly recommended for all paintball players. I've just started playing paintball and what I was looking for was flexiblity to use one marker to any type of game. In this case, The Alpha black paintball marker is good on speedball because of its accuracy and great on woodsball because of it power and durability.

I just hope the price could be a little bit less.

it shoots very good like to play paintball so it was a nice gun to get, it came with all the gear that you need to play a game so i could right out and play thats why i dicided to buy this 98 custom
